Payment Method
Billing Method : Payments are currently accepted by bank transfer. An invoice will be issued each month via email, and you can also access and download your invoice by logging into your account on our website.
Upcoming Options: We are preparing to integrate additional payment services such as Stripe, which will enable convenient credit card payments.
Exchanges and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the service will be terminated immediately. For the month of cancellation, charges will be calculated proportionally based on your actual usage days.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle already paid for.
