• Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

• Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

• Websites refer to: miraioo.com and any affiliated domains owned and operated by Miraioo Ltd.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

International Shipping, Customs, and Risk Transfer

1. Exports from Japan

Shipping and Delivery
Miraioo Ltd. arranges the export of vehicles, automotive parts, and fashion products directly from Japan to your designated country.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and external logistics factors. We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations
You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Compliance with local import regulations, including restrictions and requirements, is the responsibility of the buyer. Miraioo Ltd. is not liable for delays or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to You once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier or freight forwarder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We recommend obtaining insurance coverage for shipments. Miraioo Ltd. may assist in arranging insurance upon request, but the responsibility for securing adequate coverage remains with You.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately from the product price unless explicitly stated. All costs will be disclosed in the quotation or invoice before final confirmation.

Refusal of Delivery
If You refuse delivery or fail to complete necessary import formalities, all additional costs (return shipping, storage, penalties) shall be borne by You.

2. Imports to Japan (Apparel from Bangladesh)

Shipping and Delivery
Miraioo Ltd. arranges the import of apparel and fashion products from Bangladesh into Japan.

Delivery times depend on production schedules, shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and other external logistics factors. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations
All applicable Japanese customs duties, consumption tax, and import-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for compliance with Japanese import laws and regulations, including product standards, labeling, and any relevant certifications. Miraioo Ltd. is not responsible for delays, penalties, or refusals caused by Japanese customs or regulatory authorities.

Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to You once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier or freight forwarder in Bangladesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance coverage is strongly recommended. Miraioo Ltd. may assist with arranging insurance upon request, but securing adequate coverage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refusal of Delivery
If You refuse delivery or fail to complete the required import procedures, all additional costs (return shipping, storage, penalties) shall be borne by You.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Miraioo Ltd. and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service.

• The total liability of Miraioo Ltd. for any claim shall not exceed the amount You actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD (or equivalent in Japanese Yen) if no purchase has been made.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. Miraioo Ltd. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Miraioo Ltd.

Severability and Waiver

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
