Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or apparel business development. International fashion or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of apparel industry trends, fabrics, and supply chain.
Ability to manage product lifecycle—from concept and sourcing to launch and performance review.
Strong analytical skills for pricing, market research, and sales performance tracking.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, designers, and stakeholders.
Language: Business-level English required; Japanese proficiency is highly advantageous.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, International Trade, or related field.
Mindset: Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach, detail-oriented, and passionate about global apparel markets.
Other: Experience working with international logistics, import/export compliance, or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
